Gripping Wrenches is awesome….if you want an honest reliable mechanic this is your place. My 2021 Silverado has two batteries and one of them died so I replaced it and then it died a couple of weeks later. The person at the autoparts store said something was draining the battery. I assumed it was an alternator. I spoke to him on the phone and he recommended before I bring it in to have the secondary battery tested and explained to me how to properly test it. Lo and behold the second battery was dead.and I replaced it. They could have charged me a diagnostic fee and who knows what else but rather than make me waste time or money he helped me some good FREE advice. No person or company does this kind of thing anymore but it has earned him a lifelong customer. I will not be bringing my vehicles anywhere else going forward

This guy is a Godsend! I was told by another shop I needed a transmission and was already looking for another vehicle since I have high mileage. A friend recommended him to me and I'm so thankful I made the call. I just needed a belt and sensor to get me back on the road - not a transmission at all! He is very knowledgeable and explains things in terms a woman can understand. If I could give him 10 stars I would. I'll be using him from now on and won't waste my time and money in downtown Rockmart. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him.
